  I really like that they are locally owned. They do really try to keep you happy and will do things beyond what a chain operation will do. If you can't get in because they are busy you have to understand that they only have so many…

  I bought the life time warranty and Had a flat . My life time warranty was not honored... Also when driving in california had a flat and could not find a big O tire on another occassion.

  Cons: customer service leaves much to be desired

  I'm not an easy one to please and I really can't say I've EVER had better service than this store. The guys there take care of everything. Yeah, sometimes you have to wait because it is a BUSY store but some things are worth waiting for…

  Pros: These guys bend over backwards with a smile and it's done right and reasonable. Cons: Sometimes it gets really busy so you might have to be a little patient.
